So, here we go again) I'm not sure if it's interesting to anyone except me, but it is such a cool way to think about your nutricion so I think I'll try and continue doing it.
1. Breakfast - oatmeal with chopped banana and pineapple and a cup of coffee (not pictured)
2. Lunch - fish and sticky rice.
3. Dinner - sweet and sour stir-fry vegetables with seafod and rice at our favorite small restaurant. One of my favorite things to eat while I'm in Thailand. And I also had 1/3 of a big bottle of Chiang beer - we split it up to celebrate my friend moving into a new appartment building.
